What is SMS? ---------------------------------------- top
SMS (Short Message Service) allows you to send and receive text messages
from your mobile to any other mobile number. SMS in short, provides an
easier, faster and cheaper means of Communication.
In addition, SMS allows you to communicate with mobile users in other countries
around the world.
Currently with SabaFon you can send SMS to more than 600 mobile operators around
the world including USA and Canada. For more details please visit www.sabafon.com/VAS/GlobalSMS.asp
Kindly use +967-71-580000 as the SMS Service Center number to be able
to send and receive SMS from your SabaFon connection.
What are Info Services? ---------------------------------------- top
Your SabaFon connection has been transformed into an information center
that will now keep you updated with the latest headlines, weather updates,
entertainment news, horoscopes, sport, and much more, anytime, anywhere
in SabaFon coverage areas, even when you are roaming abroad.
Info Services are by default activated for all SabaFon customers. This service
will also enable you to get in touch with the rest of the world using SMS 2
Email, WEB 2 SMS services. It also enables you to download the latest ring
tones and logos you desire.
You can also configure your profile in My Sabafon by visiting SabaFon
website www.sabafon.com/my for
automated alerts.
How to Use Info Services? ---------------------------------------- top
Step
1: Go to ‘Messages’ choose `Write messages`
Step 2: Now type the short code of the service you want an update on e.g. “NB” for
Breaking News and Send it to 333, within seconds you will get the update on
your mobile’s screen via SMS.

SMS 2 Email service allows you to send emails around the globe right from
your SabaFon number.

your long email:

This service allows you to track any package you sent by DHL worldwide
express anywhere in the world; just follow the following steps:

8) FedEx® Package Tracking (English) ---------------------------------------- top
SabaFon customers can track packages sent via FedEx Express with out any hassle using SabaFon Info Services. With FedEx Package Tracking via SMS, you no longer have to call or get online.
How to use this service?
To track your FedEx package, send SMS command to 333 as per format below:

This service allows you to interact with any of your POP3 based Email accounts.
You can read, reply, delete and forward your emails in your POP3 account
using this service.

Once you get the first SMS you can navigate in your mailbox using following
commands:
NEXT, N – Shows header of the next message
PREVIOUS, P, PRE - Shows header of the previous message
TOP, T- takes you to header of the first message
END - Takes you to last header in the mailbox
READ- read this mail (Pls.also see. TEXT navigator)
DELETE – Delete this mail (Be careful!)
REPLY, R – Reply to this mail (Pls.also see. LOGO EMAIL below)
CLOSE- close and clear all navigation setup.

Roaming Tariffs via SMS enables all SabaFon International Roaming users
